The meaning of the trikonasana is facing three sides. In those days saints consider the number three as a holy thing. So in that way this asana is also consider as a holy and so powerful asana. Apart from that this asana has three modules saying they are:
- It guards our life.
- It helps in preventing our human body from any danger.
- It also helps in keeping us healthy and strong.
There are certain procedures to be followed while doing this asana they are:
- The first step to do this asana is both legs should be kept apart.
- Spread both the arms to the sides.
- Separate the feet from the distance of the shoulder.
- Inhale and bend towards your right and touch the foot with your palm.
- Then exhale and return back to the original position.
- In the same way inhale and bend towards your left and touch the foot with your palm.
