- Sit on the floor with the legs stretched and straight.
- Keep the palms on the sides of the hip.
- Exhale and raise the hands above the shoulder level.
- From that position itself bend forward.
- By bending try to touch the big toes.
- In the position a person should not bend their legs.
- The face should be kept on the knees.
- Now inhale release and get back to the original position.
